What is the estimated time for my order to be processed?
Each of our candles is hand-poured with love in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your artisanal order before it ships.
How do you ensure your ingredients are non-toxic and safe?
Your well-being is our priority. We exclusively use 100% natural coconut soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and fragrance oils that are strictly phthalate-free and paraben-free, creating a warm and clean burn for your home.
Do you offer options for wholesale or custom scent requests?

What are your shipping policies and free delivery options?
We currently offer standard shipping throughout the United States. To share a bit of our glow, we provide free shipping on all orders over $75. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your scent’s journey.
What is your return policy for handmade fragrance items?
Because our non-toxic products are handmade and intimate in nature, we can only offer returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and our customer care team will make it right.
